清洗箱：清洗箱整體是不銹鋼材料來鍛造的，更加的堅固與整潔。傳送輥也是由耐酸的堿性橡膠輥制作。中間還設計有機玻璃視窗方便人們可以隨時觀察玻璃的清洗情況。

入料段、清洗干燥段：入料段、清洗干燥段采用手動無級調速電機傳動，玻璃平穩(wěn)地運行。干燥段采用大風力傾斜風刀能使玻璃表面得以干燥。讓整個工序迅速而又干凈利落的進行中。

檢查段：檢查段設有燈管，能清晰地檢查玻璃的清洗質量。

合片段：合片段具有玻璃定位及鋁框定位裝置，能完成玻璃定位、鋁框定位安放功能。玻璃由傳送膠輥承托及傳送，傳送輥由電機（輥壓段電機）經(jīng)過變頻調速器通過鏈輪帶動，玻璃由清洗干燥段低速進入本段，經(jīng)檢查合格后加速運行至下一工作段，提高工作效率；由變頻調速器控制本段調速電機的運行速度，光電開關控制玻璃進入下一工作段

The glass enters this section at a low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and after passing the inspection, it accelerates to the next working section to improve work efficiency; The operating speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by a frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section

中空玻璃生產線的清洗水路系統(tǒng)為循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置，水溫可自動保持在合理的范圍。

The cleaning water system of the hollow glass production line is a circulating system, and its water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device, which can automatically maintain the water temperature within a reasonable range.

水由水泵從水箱抽出，經(jīng)噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循環(huán)使用。若水質較差，需配備水處理裝置（用戶自備），水經(jīng)處理后進入水箱，按上述步驟循環(huán)使用。

Water is pumped out of the water tank by a water pump, sprayed onto the surface of the glass through a sprinkler pipe, cleaned and returned to the water tank for recycling. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device (provided by the user) is required. After treatment, the water enters the water tank and is recycled according to the above steps.
